About
Writer, philosopher, nerd, and human hellbent on creating a new social paradigm.
After studying physics and philosophy in college, I became an instructor at a space camp and outdoor ropes course, and the only thing I liked seeing more than the stars at night was how they changed the people who viewed them.
During my time there, many people came and went, and each had their own sets of skills, thoughts, and ideas that inspired me to live life with more love and abandon. Now I seek to bring people together to cultivate that penchant for life, creation, and camaraderie they inspired in me.
I have also:
- worked in health physics (University of Chicago & Colorado)
- directed a summer camp (Camp Coyote, Calabasas, CA)
- established the curriculum of a STEM summer camp in China (IDEAS Camp)
- worked at a snow cone stand
- been a midnight janitor (this job changed my life)
About the Site
Here, you will find a series my writings that aim to question, expand, and uplift your mind. Most of my articles stray from the how-to's of the ever-popular self-help genre that overwhelms us in this day and age. Instead, my writing tends to be a bit more abstract and philosophical and at times harsh, aiming to present ideas about life through a unique perspective that you can always attempt to reestablish when life might otherwise seem hopeless. Our sense of self is malleable, and I'd like to help you shape yours to your heart's content.
Ultimately, this site functions as an experimental blog/resource/newsletter and will evolve as my ambitions do.
