Just a simple list of passions.

My Passions: A List

Music

Art

Philosophy

Radical revelations

Inspiring others

The unveiling of one's truest self, desires, and motivations

Illuminating others,
digging from them their realest beliefs

Debate and discourse

It isn't about winning,
though sometimes it feels like it.

It's about uprooting from someone
through rigorous pushing prodding testing annoying questioning
and some level of trickery and guile,
their fundamental self.

Do I really disagree with you?
Depends.
Is that really you?
That's all I care to know.
Have you thought about it, really?
If you haven't, it's hollow;
If you have, it must matter to you.

There is nothing more beautiful to me
than someone's soul laid bare,
and I find those fiery passions best fueled by anger.
For nothing like it reveals the righteousness guarded so closely in one's heart so brightly.

So, do I disagree with you?
Am I really so awful as I'm sure I come across?
It doesn't matter,
never really did.
All that matters is that I saw you for the first time.

Some call this pointless,
I call this meaningful.
This is my most artful endeavor,
and if I could paint that moment, I would.
It would be a canvas untarnished by ulterior motives or cultural expectations.

Just you.

The color of your soul.

The you of your atoms.

There is nothing more inspiring in this universe than this;
evidence that we do exist.
In this all,
there is something that is us.
